Ordering process
Our ordering process has two stages:
- Processing time — once we've received your order, it's approved, quality-checked and packed. All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.
- Delivery time — this is how long it takes for goods to travel from our warehouse to your address. It typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on destination.
Always free shipping
We always offer free shipping on every order, regardless of order value or destination.
Taxes and customs duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, handling fees or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.
These charges are set by local authorities and couriers and are outside our control. If a customer refuses to pay the required charges, the shipment may be returned to sender or destroyed. In that case, shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund for the product itself will only be issued once the item has been returned to us.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
