Not entirely happy with your order? We'd love to hear how we can do better!
You're entitled to return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, or send us a photo that clearly shows the item is faulty. Once we've reviewed the photo, we can often offer a solution without needing to process a refund. Where a refund does apply, we guarantee the funds will be returned to your account within five business days of us receiving the return or confirming the matter with our customer service team.
Please note: Beauty products and items purchased on sale or with a discount cannot be returned for change of mind.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for its purpose, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of whether the item was purchased on sale or is a beauty product.
Returns by post
If your order was delivered to a parcel locker near you, you have up to 14 days from receipt to exchange it for a different size/colour or request a refund.
Contact us first
Email info@auraeandco.com to initiate your return. We will confirm the correct return address based on your order. Please do not send any items back before contacting us, as return addresses vary depending on the product and reason for return.
Include your delivery note
Pack the item carefully in its original packaging and include a note with your order number. As the sender, you're responsible for return shipping costs. Always request a tracking number when sending a parcel back.
Once the parcel has been sent, contact us at info@auraeandco.com if you'd like a refund or a size/colour exchange.
Shipping your return
Drop the parcel off at your nearest post office or parcel point and send it to the address we've confirmed with you. Once we've received the item, we'll process the size/colour exchange as quickly as possible, or arrange a refund.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@auraeandco.com.
If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing it, we'll refund the full amount with no conditions.
After 24 hours, the goods will need to be returned to us once you've received them.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Where a return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
We always recommend using trackable shipping or shipping insurance when returning an item.
