Our goal is to give you the best possible delivery options, no matter where in the world you are. Every day we ship hundreds of orders to customers around the world, while maintaining a high standard of reliability and service.
Ordering process
Our ordering process has two stages:
- Processing time — once we've received your order, it's approved, quality-checked and packed. All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.
- Delivery time — this is how long it takes for goods to travel from our warehouse to your address. It typically takes 7–15 business days to Australia and 10–20 business days to South Africa.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on qualifying orders. Below the free-shipping threshold, a small flat shipping fee is shown at checkout. Every order is sent tracked and insured, and an optional insured + discreet delivery upgrade (neutral, unmarked packaging) is available at checkout.
Taxes and customs duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, handling fees or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.
These charges are set by local authorities and couriers and are outside our control. If a customer refuses to pay the required charges, the shipment may be returned to sender or destroyed. In that case, shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund for the product itself will only be issued once the item has been returned to us.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
